未靠右行駛與越級駕駛

我發生一起機車與機車擦撞的車禍
地點是在新鋪路未劃線道路上
道路施工中路旁有放三角錐與路障 　而我方路旁還有停靠水泥車

交通事故初步分析研判表上寫說　
我的肇事責任是未靠右行駛
對方是寫越級駕駛

雙方都有受傷骨折

（１）對方說我逆向行駛要求我賠償全額修車費用合理嗎？
（２）該事件對於我方有利的處理方式　請提供參考
