緩刑會不會被撤銷

警察說法未必正確

因為警察是從刑法角度來看

板大所持有的三級毒品的量  與吸食三級毒品

都均未觸犯毒品危害防制條例相關條文

屬行政罰   

所以並不符合   相關刑法撤銷緩刑的問題

但版大並未說是否仍在保護管束內(或並無宣告保護管束    但依法不合)

若以保安執行處分法   第74-2.74-3...相關規定

檢察官可經由內部電腦查詢相關罰單

所以檢察官做何認定很難說

若檢察官認為情節重大(有可能多次重複該狀況)

不排除以此條撤銷緩刑

但這是檢察官認定   非主動必須撤銷    所以只能回答未必

至於會罰多少錢    請去問警察 網友只能給法條

因為板大狀況   警察看的到   網友則不能
