【綜合報導】洪仲丘案先前由軍事法院審理，542旅前副旅長何江忠、前旅部連長徐信正、上士范佐憲三大關鍵人物，兩度被裁定交保縱放，昨桃園地方法院召開《軍事審判法》修訂後，洪案移審司法機關首次羈押庭，認為3人有湮滅、偽造證據或勾串共犯之虞，裁定羈押。

3人聆聽裁定後，范佐憲身體發抖，何江忠、徐信正面無表情，家屬眼眶泛淚，哭著走出法庭。到場旁聽的洪爸爸、洪媽媽、姊姊洪慈庸及舅舅胡世和相當欣慰，胡世和說：「終於等到這一天！」
